Rural Bihar Pic 1I see here some individual can barely write their name nor they can read fluently but they adept at operating the advance featured mobile phone Now we can see here in semi urban areas and in rural as well people using internet and other features through their mobile and laptops. People consuming good branded cloths, premium range pan masala, shoes and other accessories also.

The existing players in Bihar rural market are aware that if a host of leading consumer marketers in India like Hindustan Lever, LG, Maruti Suzuki, Nokia, and Hero Honda could generate sizeable sales from rural India. There is no reason why in the other segments in rural Bihar are being penetrated.

Accordingly, most companies are busy chalking out specific business and marketing plans to penetrate the largely untapped market. Specifically, they are setting up focused distribution channels and developing locally trained sales personnel. They are also focused on regularly updating rural business partners on their product portfolios and on any other developments in specific segments. In this scenario some companies should reconsider their marketing and distribution strategy like Sony Ericsson, Blackberry, Dell, HP, other desktop brands, food chains, Pan masala like Rajnigandha and others. Penetrating the rural market here they can get more than expected result here.
